Can you relate to this?

Somewhere past 50, you start noticing these changes — less energy, a little stiffer in the mornings, recovery that takes longer than it used to.  Maybe your friends are saying the same thing.   And maybe you've wondered: is a slow decline just something I have to accept?

It isn't.

There are real, practical things you can do to slow that spiral and start feeling more like yourself again — and that's exactly what you'll find here.

Health Tips After 50

It's time to take some control and ...

SLOW THE EFFECTS OF THE AGING SPIRAL

On this site you'll find practical health tips and real strategies to help you feel stronger, sharper, and more like yourself WITHOUT drastic lifestyle changes, crazy exercise routines, and/or starvation diets!.

Hey there!

I'm Tony Guthrie

I put this site together because after I got past the age of 50 I started noticing some physical changes that my mom, dad, and other folks told me were the norm. I didn't want to accept that physically spiraling downward was just the way it is. Nope! Not me!

We understand that we'll never feel as youthful and vigorous as when we were in our 20s and 30s. But that doesn't mean we have to roll with the lower energy, constant aches and pains, and other stuff that comes with aging.

Because of my intense research and getting to know someone my age who does what is suggested on this site, (and because I implemented what I learned) today, in my 60s, I feel great and enjoy an overall feeling of wellness, energy, and vigor.

I'm not a nutritionist, health coach or personal trainer. I'm just a regular guy who wants to do all I can to maintain a reasonable and attainable quality of life as I age.

Obviously I can't promise any type of results for you. I make no promises that your ailments, pains, and illnesses will change. But I do know that studying what has worked for others in our age category may produce very positive results for you.t

So, explore the site, grab what's useful, and if you want to connect directly, reach out to me at tony@healthtipsover50.com.
