After I broke the 50 year old barrier, I started to notice the subtle physical changes many people warned me about. I listened as some of my friends were saying they were noticing some of the same changes. But I wondered if spiraling downward was something I just had to accept? Surely not.
After intense internet research and making a new health-minded friend online, I started to discover that there were some things I could do to at least slow the spiral and begin to feel better overall.
