FIRST STEPS

1. Decision - you can't take control of your health until you truly DECIDE to take control of it.

2. Action - Get up, get moving, get going, and do some type of physical activity for at least 30 minutes 4 days a week.

This could be:

- a brisk walk or run

- push-ups and weightless squats

- resistance band training

- joining a gym and hiring a trainer

- whatever works that gets you moving

3. Healthy Eating - avoid ALL processed foods and sugar, limit desserts, add lean meats like beef, chicken, and fish. Add fresh vegetables to most meals. Basically a high protein, low carbohydrate diet.

4. Supplementation - The older you get the more important nutritional supplements become. BUT, you should only focus on the purest and most natural supplements that exist. Try to avoid purchasing supplements from retail establishments. There are many reasons for this.
